Shipping Policy

Items ordered through Djscreen.com are shipped via Canada Post and/or Purolator . A street address and telephone number is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which takes 10-15 business days. You may request accelerated delivery, which takes 4-6 business days, for an additional charge or express delivery which takes 1-3 business days for an additional charge. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 1 business day. Delivery times do not include processing time.

At this time Djscreen.com ships worldwide. Delivery delays may be higher for all orders outside the North American Continent.

The following charges apply to your order:

 
All orders are shipped from Canada and all buyers may be subject to brokerage and/or customs fees and/or taxes. These amounts are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for these fees. Buyer must comply with the governing laws of his/her country and pay all fees requested by their government and/or state.  

We cannot be held responsible for lost items due to a buyer inputting an incorrect adress. We purchase insurance on all outgoing packages and no product replacement, refund or compensation will be given to a buyer until the  insurance claim investigation with Canada Post is completed and we've received our insurance refund.

All buyers will receive an email with a tracking number. Detailed tracking is not available on standard shipping (online tracking of standard shipping will only indicate that the item has been received by the post office and that it was successfully deliverd to the buyer) We cannot be held responsible for lost packages and no refunds or product replacements will be given until the Canada Post investigation is completed and DJscreen.com receives its compensation.

 In the case of a lost package, the buyer can either:

1-Purchase another item(s), pay for it in full including shipping fees. Once the investigation into the lost package is completed and we receive our insurance refund, we will issue a full refund for the item(s) that was paid for an never received by the buyer.

2-Wait until the investigation by Canada Post  is completed and package is recovered or insurance money is received by DJscreen.com and we'll then ship to the buyer the item(s) originally paid for by the buyer.

Return Policy

We trust you will be satisfied with your DJscreen.com purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, DJscreen.com’s return policy is stated below.

All our screens are thoroughly inspected before packaging and product returns are very rare. In case of a defective product, you must notify us via email within 7 days of the reception of the product and you must return the product to us within 30 days and we’ll ship you a replacement free of charge and DJscreen.com will be responsible for shipping costs incurred to re-ship a new screen to the buyer. Please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No compensation will be issued if the package is lost and no insurance was purchased. No refunds or compensation will be given on shipping and handling charges.

Djscreen.com’s sales are final and no refunds are issued, only product replacements

1.       Djscreen.com must be notified via email within 7 days of the delivery acceptance by the buyer.

2.       The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; and

3.       The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition.

Custom Orders & Fabrication Orders

All Custom orders must be prepaid.


Credit Cards & Payments

We accept Paypal payments, American Express via Paypal, MasterCard and Visa via Optimal-Payments. We also accept check and money orders in US funds but delivery of items will be delayed until the check is cleared.


Currency

All prices are quoted in American US Dollars ($US,).


Flame Resistance & Flame Proofing

All of our screens are treated with Guard-X flame retardant treatment. However, we are not authorized Flame retardant applicators and we cannot make guarantees as to the effectiveness of the treatment nor do we imply that our screens are flame-resistant and/or fire-resistant. . The Buyer/owner of the product is responsible for making sure that the product is safe, flame and/or fire treated and permitted for use in their country, state or city before using it. The treatment will lose its effectiveness over time and will need to be re-applied. DJScreen.com does not offer a service of re-application of flame retardant on screens. The buyer is responsible for all maintenance after purchase is made. Dry-Cleaning is recommended when cleaning the screen. Washing the screen in a washing machine will result in completely removing the flame retarding treatment. The buyer understands this clause and accepts responsibility if a fire should occur and/or be spread due to the use of a non-compliant screen. Djscreen.com is not responsible for any loss, fines, damages, injuries, death or lawsuits incurred by a user of our Lycra Spandex Projection Screen.


Flame Resistance Certificates

We cannot provide you with flame resistance certificates because we are not qualified to issue them nor do we imply that the treatment is effective. We apply it and hope it works but this may not be sufficient and permitted for use in your country, state, city, area. The buyer/owner of the screen must make sure to have a competent and authorized flame-retardant application service apply the treatment to the screen when it is received.


Flame Resistance Warranties

DJscreen.com does not guarantee flame resistance. DJscreen.com cannot be responsible for how a customer utilizes the fabric, environmental conditions at place of use, any physical alteration, change or added processing to the fabric, including, but not exclusively, printing, sewing, painting, backing, spraying, coating, or any other similar application. Flame Resistance is also not a guarantee that a fabric will not ignite into flame and burn. Our products, do not meet any standards set forth by any authority that defines the parameters of flammability. . Please check with your local Fire Prevention authority on your design and fabrics to be used prior to use. We guarantee that the textile fiber products specified herein are not misbranded nor falsely nor deceptively advertised or invoiced. The customer understands even if our website and/or advertising materials indicate that the screens are treated, our application of the treatment does not have any impact on the resistance of the screen to fire and/or flames.


Product liability

We are not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, fire or death caused by the use, misuse or failure of products purchased from us.


Typographical Errors

Typographical errors occur from time to time in both pricing and product information. Djscreen.com has the right to refuse any order placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price, availability or specification.
